The Oracle travelled all over the Wal and visited many of its cities and regions before settling in the great metropolis. Over the years, she has used a combination of observation and trial and error to understand which forces influence Walites' lives and how to use those forces to whatever end she sees fit.
She currently wields power unparalleled among Electropolites, and can easily influence any one of them, including Electropolis' official ruler. However, since nothing about her power is official, her actions and decisions have no direct consequence to her.
