Named No upper Body Strength because of a strange birth defect, NUBS has been subjected to mockery from the day he was born. Without the power armor he now dons, he has just enough strength to lift a cup of coffee... with both hands.
After overcoming a life of persecution and ridicule, he is now the youngest and most recent addition to Electropolis' senior staff. NUBS is a person of extremes whose actions are guided by instinct. What he lacks in experience he more than makes up for in energy and enthusiasm.
