When a violent storm rages on, Davey Boy is the one rock that doesn't budge. In any scenario, he is the one his fellow Electropolites count on to be the voice of calm and reason. A member of the capital's senior staff, he serves to keep grounded those who tend to be more volatile and reactionary.
As one of the older members of the senior staff, he has had time to develop his skills quite a bit. Though a formidable fighter, Davey Boy's peaceful nature will push him to find ways to neutralize his opponents rather than harm them in any serious way.
